The car park is open 24/7

The reception and switchboard are open Monday to Friday from 9:30 to 17:30.

Outside these hours, our drivers are always on site to welcome and inform you.

Our offices offer a relaxation area with water fountain, coffee machine and amenities.

Our fully fenced site is equipped with a comprehensive video surveillance system. When you arrive at our premises, you'll be able to see the cameras and control screens that cover the entire car park.

For added security, your car keys are kept in a separate room secured with a code door.

And the car park is manned 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

After dropping off your vehicle in the car park next to our offices, we will check your reservation with you.

We will give you the telephone number of your return shuttle. Our drivers will take care of parking your vehicle in the car park while the shuttle takes you to Mérignac airport.

Directly on our car park, Rest O Buro is open from Monday to Friday from 11:30 to 14:15 and from 19:00 to 21:45 as well as on Saturday and Sunday from 19:00 to 21:45 to serve you salads, burgers, home fries... Shuttle bus information

We will give you the telephone number of your shuttle before you leave on your journey when you drop your vehicle off at the car park.

You will also find it in the booking confirmation email you receive after placing your order on the website: beep-valet-parking.com

The shuttle is totally free for you and your luggage!

For bookings of up to 4 passengers, the return transfer is free.

There is a €5 supplement per additional passenger for the return journey.

Child seats and booster seats are available free of charge. 

Our shuttle service operates 24 hours a day, every 15 minutes, every day of the year.

 

Our driver will take you to the pro car park, less than 5 minutes from the airport.

On your return, the shuttle will be waiting for you in exactly the same place as on your outward journey.

Booking information

It couldn't be easier, just visit our website ( www.beep-valet-parking.com ) from your computer, tablet or smartphone. Enter your dates and times, fill in the drop-down fields as you go along, validate your basket and pay online.

That's right, many charter flights only confirm their flight times 48 hours before departure. 

All you have to do is indicate the date of your outward and return journey and then fill in the fictitious times to continue with your booking. 

As soon as your flight times have been confirmed, please call our offices on 05-57-65-89-95 to let us know. We will then update your booking.

If you have taken out cancellation insurance, we will refund the amount of your booking.

* If you did not take out cancellation insurance when you booked and you cancel, you will be offered a promotional code of -25%.

 

No, you must confirm your booking before making another one. If you wish to modify your order before confirmation, you must empty the basket in order to simulate/validate a new booking.

At the top of the menu, you'll find the 'Order' tab. One click will bring up all your previous bookings.

As soon as your online payment has been validated, you will receive a summary of your booking by e-mail.

When you made your first purchase, you filled in your personal details. If you have created a customer account, they will be automatically retrieved when you make future bookings, saving you time.

Other services and options are available and can be booked by telephone. During your absence, we can arrange for your vehicle to undergo a roadworthiness test, fill up with petrol or recharge your battery.
